Today we’re sharing our sideline with Joy Acaso, a Psychotherapist and Parent-Child Relationship Specialist who believes that parents who have a vision for raising self-motivated, emotionally healthy and resilient children should have all the resources and information they can get.
As a full-time working mom of two, Joy knows this is not an easy feat. Yet, she’s on a mission to help busy parents navigate and strengthen their relationship with their children by providing support through her Best Parenting Practices program and The Proactive Mom Initiative.
Joy is a newbie sports mama to a 10-year old competitive swimmer and a 4-year old boy who loves to play with Legos.
